WonderWorks (Branson) - Admissions Attendants

WonderWorks is looking for Admissions Attendants to join our team! Our Admissions Attendants are the first to interact with our guests as they enter the attraction, setting the tone for a memorable experience inside the upside-down building.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet, welcome, and interact with all guests as they enter and exit the attraction.
2. Answer guest questions and provide assistance with exceptional customer service.
3. Process transactions accurately through a point-of-sale system, including cash handling in a high-volume environment.
4. Upsell additional services such as combo tickets, souvenir books, and ticketed shows.
5. Answer phones and redirect calls courteously.
6. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
2. Observational skills to ensure safety and recognize guest needs.
3. Basic mathematical skills for transactions.
4. Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods.
5. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
6. Flexibility to work any shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
7. Previous themed entertainment and sales experience is preferred.
