Bryant & Stratton College in Orchard Park, NY is seeking an Online Admissions Advisor to recruit and retain online students through consultative, needs-based selling in a call center setting.
You will build long-term relationships across departments and with prospective students to boost lead conversion, enrollment, and retention, while accurately documenting all steps in the CRM and meeting admissions deadlines.
Our Online Admissions Advisors are responsible for the recruitment and retention of qualified online students through the demonstrated use of consultative needs - based selling in a call center environment. The Admissions Advisor is responsible for building long-term relationships both internally and externally with the specific intent of improving lead conversion, increasing enrollment, and maintaining desired retention rates.

Position requires standing or sitting in a stationary position as well as the occasional need to lift, carry, push, and/or move objects up to 10 pounds.
Position requires the use of computer technology/equipment.

Non-exempt
Mon–Fri. Ability to work some evenings and Saturdays; Secondary holidays may be a scheduled work day.

$46,000 per year ($22.12 per hour).
This role is eligible for overtime.
