Responsibilities

• Drive enrollment success by guiding prospective students through the admissions process and meeting campus goals.
• Establish and maintain meaningful connections with prospective students and provide ongoing support.
• Generate referrals through internal and external networks to boost enrollment.
• Collaborate with admissions to ensure accurate and timely input of data in CRM and marketing systems.
• Adhere to institutional policies and state/federal regulations to ensure integrity in all interactions.
• Utilize CRM to manage admissions activities and maintain data accuracy.
• Participate in training and development to grow professionally and contribute to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Enrollment Success: Achieve individual and campus enrollment objectives by engaging with prospective students and guiding them through the admissions process.
• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain meaningful connections with prospective students, ensuring ongoing communication and support.
• Lead Generation: Proactively generate referrals through both internal and external networks.
• Data Management: Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure accurate and timely input of admissions and marketing data.
• Compliance: Adhere to all institutional policies and state/federal regulations, ensuring integrity in every interaction.
• CRM Proficiency: Utilize our Customer Relationship Management system to manage admissions activities, ensuring data accuracy.

Your Qualifications:

• Education: An Associate degree is required; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Experience: 1+ years of success in customer service, sales, admissions, or a similar goal-centric environment is preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication, time management, organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and CRM systems.

Physical & Technical Requirements:

• Ability to remain stationary for extended periods.
• Capacity to lift, carry, push, or move objects up to 10 pounds occasionally.
• Proficiency with computer technology and equipment.

Salary:

$45,000- $47,000 ($21.63- $22.59 per hour)

This position is eligible for overtime.
