An established industry player in education is seeking an Admissions Advisor to attract and educate potential students for their Online Campus. This hybrid role combines the flexibility of remote work with in-office expectations of 1-2 days per week. As an Admissions Advisor, you'll engage with prospective students through various channels, helping them navigate their educational journey while showcasing the unique benefits of the institution. The Admissions Advisor is responsible for educating and attracting potential students to attend Herzing University Online Campus through inbound and outbound phone interactions. Provides information to prospective students on the advantages of attending Herzing University. Interviews prospective students to define program of interest, discuss scheduling, time commitment involved, etc., and ensures all aspects of the enrollment process are completed thoroughly and accurately.
A 40-hour work-week schedule will be determined based on preference and business needs, between the following hours of operation for Herzing's Online Division at one of the listed locations (hybrid role with in-office expectations of 1-2 days/week).
Compensation is determined based on qualifications, experience, and circumstances of each hire. It is uncommon for new employees to start near the top of the salary range. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a tuition waiver and reimbursement program, health insurance, paid time off, and a retirement savings plan. The hourly pay range for this position is $23.17 to $31.39.
