Job summary

AllState Career School in Essington, PA is seeking an energetic Admissions Advisor to recruit and enroll students. This full-time role reports to the Director of Admissions and may require some evening and Saturday hours.

Responsibilities include handling lead inquiries, maintaining student records, tracking marketing activities, representing the school at career fairs, and assisting in orientation and registration to support student success.

Qualifications

• Must have an associate degree; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Highly motivated and solution-oriented with integrity and a student-focused mindset.
• Sales, marketing, and referral-lead-generation experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and enroll students at the campus.
• Take lead calls, track inquiries, and manage enrollment activity and paperwork.
• Complete student files and maintain proper documentation.
• Track marketing and sales activities and generate reports as required.
• Represent the school at career fairs, job fairs, and similar events.
• Participate in student orientation and registration activities.
