This role handles inbound and outbound calls, interviews and tours, and guides applicants through the admissions process, including gathering documents and scheduling appointments with financial aid.

Responsibilities

• Recruit qualified students for the school’s programs in a compliant and professional manner.
• Utilize company approved materials during the enrollment process.
• Conduct significant inbound and outbound calling efforts.
• Follow up on inquiries and no-show interviews.
• Interview and tour prospective students to assess needs and goals.
• Provide information on programs, entrance requirements, and the admissions process.
• Guide enrolled students through admissions testing and document gathering.
• Ensure enrollment standards per catalog and regulatory requirements.
• Follow up with non-progressing or cancelled students to resolve issues.
• Achieve productivity goals based on campus needs.
• Generate referrals and complete daily activity reports.
• Maintain confidentiality of all records and information.
• Attend work regularly and punctually.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
