ECPI University in San Antonio, TX is seeking an Admissions Representative to join our on-site team. You will guide prospective students through the admissions process, conduct interviews and tours, and explain program options to align with career goals.

The role emphasizes outbound outreach, relationship building, and collaboration with multiple departments to support student success. A bachelor’s degree is preferred and 1–3 years in sales, marketing, or recruitment are strongly valued.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in sales, recruitment, or related field
• 1–3 years of successful experience in sales, marketing, recruitment or related field strongly preferred
• 2–3 years of related experience to include appointment setting, interviewing, relationship building, client services, follow-up skills, coordinating programs/events

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service to prospective students through outreach and follow-up
• Make outbound calls and conduct interviews and campus tours for potential students
• Explain program offerings and advise on suitable programs based on interests and career goals
• Represent ECPI University on- and off-campus to prospective students, parents and other stakeholders
• Attend admissions meetings and training; maintain accurate activity reports and enrollment paperwork
• Work with other departments to ensure student satisfaction and assist in planning campus events
