Job summary

Sole Hire, LLC is seeking an Admissions Advisor to guide prospective students through the admissions process—from initial contact through enrollment. You’ll provide personalized support, assess fit, and help align careers with our degree and diploma programs.

You will evaluate applicant qualifications, collaborate with Financial Aid and Student Services for a smooth enrollment, and participate in open houses and community events as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 3–5 years of sales, recruitment, or similar with proven success
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter thriving in a collaborative, high-performance team
• Proficiency with CRM systems and strong Word/Excel/PowerPoint knowledge

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students through the full admissions lifecycle
• Deliver engaging communications via phone, email, text, and video
• Evaluate applicant qualifications and make admissions decisions per criteria

In this role, you’ll provide personalized support, assess each candidate’s fit, and help them align their career goals with our unique degree and diploma programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students and guide them through the full admissions lifecycle.

• Deliver engaging and professional communications via phone, email, text, and video.

• Evaluate applicant qualifications and make informed admissions decisions based on established criteria.

• Collaborate closely with Financial Aid, Student Services, and Career Services to ensure a seamless enrollment experience.

• Promote a culture of compliance by following all regulatory and procedural guidelines.

• Participate in open houses, recruitment events, and other community or industry events as needed.

• Perform additional duties as assigned to support departmental goals.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in sales, recruitment, or a similar field with a proven record of success.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a collaborative, high-performance team environment.

• Proficiency with CRM systems (training provided) and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3–5 years of admissions or higher education experience with a history of achieving enrollment goals.

• Passion for education and continuous learning.

• Ability to adapt to evening and weekend shifts when required to meet team objectives.
