Responsibilities

• Provide information to prospective students about programs, requirements, and standards.
• Conduct at least 50% first-time appointments and make 100 outbound calls daily.
• Follow up on inquiries that did not schedule, enroll, or start.
• Conduct career planning sessions and arrange Financial Aid appointments.
• Provide campus tours to prospective students.
• Complete enrollment paperwork and ensure FA packaging is ready.
• Generate Representative Generated Referrals (RGR) weekly from current/prospective students.
• Maintain accurate reports and participate in Open Houses and trainings.
