Job summary

Tricoci University of Beauty Culture is seeking an Admissions Advisor to be the first point of contact for prospective students, guiding them through the educational journey and admission process.

You will engage via phone, email, and social media, conduct interviews, and present program opportunities. Collaboration with Financial Aid and registration teams, plus events, will be part of your routine.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience required.
• Interest or experience in the beauty industry preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with prospective students through phone calls, emails, and social media.
• Conduct interviews to understand goals and aspirations of each prospective student.
• Deliver detailed presentations about programs, admission processes, and career opportunities in beauty sector.
• Guide students in completing enrollment processes and necessary documentation.
• Collaborate with the Financial Aid team to assist with funding options.
• Maintain accurate records of the admissions process and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Participate in recruitment events and community outreach to promote TUBC.
• Foster relationships with local high schools and community organizations to expand recruitment.

Your Responsibilities
