Job summary

CommuniCare Health Services is seeking an Admissions Sales Director for Indian Creek Healthcare Center in Corydon, IN. This role focuses on professional healthcare sales development and both internal and external outreach to grow admissions.

The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare admissions, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality. Experience with Medicare, Medicaid and private insurance is preferred.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

• H.S. Diploma or G.E.D. Equivalent.
• Previous experience as marketing / admissions in health care required.
• Long Term Care experience preferred.
• Knowledge and experience with medicare, medicaid and private insurance
• Advanced computer skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Reliable transportation a must
• Flexibility with days and time needed
• Able to work independently with a pleasant personality
• Must maintain a high level of confidentiality in all aspect of the job
• Must possess basic computer skills.
