Frisco ISD is seeking an enthusiastic Admissions Director to lead enrollment efforts at our school. You will be the first impression and welcoming face for prospective families, driving enrollment by guiding inquiry to tours and enrollment through to their school day.

This role suits someone who blends a passion for children and families with a sales-minded, results-driven approach. You will conduct engaging school tours, respond to inquiries, and build genuine relationships with families.

Qualifications

• Experience in admissions or enrollment management preferred.
• Strong skills in building relationships with families and guiding them through inquiries, tours and enrollment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer-service mindset.
• Highly organized with consistent follow-up and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Drive school enrollment and maintain strong occupancy.
• Respond quickly and professionally to new family inquiries.
• Build genuine relationships with prospective and current families.
• Conduct engaging, personalized school tours for families.
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries and tours into enrollments.
• Maintain an organized admissions pipeline and track enrollment activity.
• Communicate the value of Balanced Learning curriculum and school programs.
• Partner with leadership to identify enrollment opportunities and community outreach.

As our Admissions Director, you will be the first impression and welcoming face of our school for prospective families.

Your primary focus will be driving enrollment by building strong relationships with families from their very first inquiry through touring, enrollment, and their transition into our school community.
