• Maintaining an organized admissions pipeline and tracking enrollment activity.
• Understanding classroom availability, upcoming openings, and waitlists.
• Communicating the value of Balanced Learning curriculum and school programs.
• Partnering with leadership to identify enrollment opportunities.
• Supporting community outreach, marketing initiatives, and school events.
• Creating an exceptional experience from a family’s first phone call through their child’s first day.

Your primary focus will be driving enrollment by building strong relationships with families from their very first inquiry through touring, enrollment, and their transition into our school community.
