Job summary

Tri-State Village Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Lansing, Illinois is seeking an Admission Coordinator to greet families, coordinate admissions, complete paperwork, and communicate with healthcare providers to ensure a smooth transition for new residents.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans, maintain accurate records, and uphold HIPAA confidentiality, contributing to a welcoming, compliant admission experience for residents and their families.
