Job summary

You will oversee four operating rooms, two procedure rooms, and a 35+ person staff, ensuring smooth daily operations and top-tier patient care in a high-volume setting.

The Opportunity

• Oversee daily operations of a busy, financially successful ambulatory surgery center
• Lead and develop a dedicated team of 35+ employees
• Support a high-volume environment performing approximately 700 cases monthly
• Oversee 4 operating rooms and 2 procedure rooms
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical leaders across multiple specialties, including Endoscopy, Pain Management, General Surgery, Urology, ENT, Orthopedics, and GYN
• Drive operational efficiency, financial performance, quality outcomes, and patient satisfaction
• Maintain regulatory compliance and accreditation standards while fostering a culture of excellence

What We’re Looking For

• Healthcare leadership experience, ideally within an ambulatory surgery center (ASC) or surgical services setting
• Strong operational, financial, and people management skills
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and quality improvement
• A collaborative, results-driven leader who can build strong physician and staff relationships
