Job summary

Veracity Ventures Inc. is seeking a dynamic Surgery Center Administrator to lead operations at our Pleasanton, CA ambulatory facility. You will oversee daily operations, staffing, budgets, and performance to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in healthcare leadership with ASC or hospital surgical leadership exposure, and a Bachelor’s degree. You will manage physician relationships, compliance, and service-line development to support growth and patient

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare leadership/operations.
• Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) leadership experience preferred, or hospital surgical leadership with ASC exposure.
• Experience managing daily facility operations, staffing, workforce planning, and employee performance.
• Strong experience with operating/capital budgets and financial performance.
• Physician/medical staff relationship management and credentialing.
• Regulatory, accreditation, quality, patient safety, and infection control experience.
• Vendor, service, and physician contract management.
• Experience identifying operational improvements and supporting service-line development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations, staffing, and workforce planning to ensure smooth and compliant performance.
• Manage budgets, financial performance, and operational efficiencies across the ASC.
• Foster strong physician relationships, credentialing, and medical staff coordination.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, quality initiatives, infection control, and patient safety standards.
• Identify and lead operational improvements and support development of new service lines.
