Summary The Administrator, Strategy & Emerging Accounts Team position is responsible for developing and maintaining business intelligence and reporting solutions, managing data collection and transformation processes to support account performance analysis, automating recurring reporting activities to improve operational efficiency, and establishing data governance standards that enhance consistency and decision-making across the emerging accounts portfolio. The role serves as a key technical resource for delivering actionable insights to leadership and operational stakeholders through dashboards, analytics, and performance reporting tools. Success in this role requires expertise in data analytics, Power BI development, Power Query automation, data management, business intelligence, strategic thinking and process improvement.
Compensation
$61,949 - $74,338 yearly salary range. (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection)
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools that provide visibility into account performance, operational metrics, and strategic initiatives.
- Design and manage Power Query processes, automated workflows, and data transformation solutions to improve reporting efficiency and data accuracy.
- Collect, consolidate, and validate data from multiple operational, financial, and business systems to support reporting and performance analysis requirements.
- Analyze account performance metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), financial data, and operational trends to identify actionable business insights.
- Create and maintain recurring reports, scorecards, dashboards, and reporting tools used by leadership and operational stakeholders.
- Transform raw data into meaningful business intelligence by applying data modeling, visualization, and analytical techniques.
- Identify and implement opportunities to automate recurring reporting tasks, reduce manual processes, and improve reporting reliability.
- Develop and maintain standardized reporting templates, data definitions, and reporting methodologies to ensure consistency across the emerging-account portfolio.
- Support financial reviews, performance management initiatives, and strategic business assessments through data analysis and reporting.
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Information Technology, and Business Development teams to understand business objectives, challenge assumptions, translate complex requirements into analytical solutions, and develop insights that support cross-functional decision-making.
- Analyze account performance, operational trends, and business drivers to identify emerging risks, growth opportunities, and strategic priorities, providing data-driven recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Apply critical thinking and structured problem-solving to evaluate business challenges, investigate root causes, assess potential impacts, and develop practical recommendations that align with organizational priorities and long-term growth objectives.
- Document reporting procedures, dashboard logic, data sources, analytical methodologies, and automation processes to strengthen governance, promote knowledge transfer, and ensure the continued scalability and reliability of strategic reporting capabilities.
- Recommend improvements to reporting systems, data management practices, and business intelligence processes to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with business system enhancements, reporting platform upgrades, and data integration projects.
- Support user training, dashboard demonstrations, and adoption initiatives related to business intelligence tools and reporting processes.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on data governance, reporting effectiveness, and organizational performance management.

Education & Experience
- 5 - 9 years of direct experience in Finance, Accounting
