Job summary

Sprenger Health Care seeks a seasoned Administrator Resident to lead Grace Management Services facilities in Ohio. The role involves operating the facility per governing body policies, enforcing procedures, and liaising with medical, nursing and professional staff across departments.

The ideal candidate will oversee staffing, recruitment, performance evaluations, and policy adherence to ensure high-quality care and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited institution.
• Operate the facility in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Enforce the facility policies and procedures.
• Prepare all reports as required by management.
• Supervise all department supervisors and administrative staff.
• Oversee recruitment, employment, performance, evaluation, promotion, and termination of all staff.

Responsibilities
