Job summary

PediPec Inc. seeks a full-time PPECC Administrator to lead the daily operations of our new Austin center and guide a multidisciplinary team focused on safe, high‑quality pediatric care.

You will partner with clinical leadership, oversee staff development, maintain family communications, and ensure smooth center operations every day at our state‑of‑the‑art facility.

Qualifications

• Two years of supervisory experience in a pediatric health care setting.
• RN with Texas license or nursing degree and required supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s degree (non‑nursing) + one year supervisory/management experience.
• Associate degree + two years supervisory/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and workflow of the center.
• Coordinate with clinical leaders to support high‑quality care.
• Lead staff hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Maintain parent communication, incident reporting, and documentation accuracy.
• Oversee contracts and vendor relationships.

We’re seeking a full‑time PPECC Administrator to lead daily operations, support clinical coordination, and guide a dedicated interdisciplinary team at our BRAND NEW - STATE-OF-THE-ART Austin area location. This role is central to ensuring a safe, organized, and nurturing environment for medically fragile and technologically dependent children.

You’ll partner closely with clinical leadership, oversee staff development, maintain strong communication with families, and ensure the center operates smoothly every day.

What You’ll Lead

• Daily operations and workflow of the center
• Coordination with clinical leaders to support high‑quality care
• Staff hiring, training, coaching, and performance management
• Parent communication, incident reporting, and documentation accuracy
• Contract and vendor oversight
• Preparation for surveys and inspections
• A positive, supportive culture for families and staff

You must have two years of supervisory experience in a pediatric health care setting, and ONE of the following:

• Be a Registered Nurse (BSN or MSN) with a current Texas RN license and no disciplinary actions

or

• Have a bachelor’s degree (non‑nursing) plus one additional year of supervisory or management experience in a health care setting (three years total)

or

• Have an associate degree in health care or administration plus two additional years of supervisory or management experience in a health care setting (four years total)

or

• Have an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) with a current Texas RN license and no disciplinary actions plus two additional years of supervisory or management experience in a health care setting
