Job summary

Pediatric Health Choice in Coatesville, PA is seeking Direct Care Staff to support medically fragile children in a warm, safe environment. You will assist with daily childcare tasks and provide complex medical care under the guidance of a Registered Nurse.

The role involves structured play, monitoring vital signs, transporting children to and from the center, and helping maintain a clean, engaging space. BLS/CPR certification is required or obtained after hire; candidates must be 18+ and work as

Qualifications

• Experience caring for infants, toddlers, or children preferred.
• Healthcare, patient care, or childcare experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary care team.
• BLS and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• 18 years of age or older.
