Vetter Senior Living is launching an Administrator-in-Training (AIT) / Administrator Mentorship Program. The program offers leadership development, mentorship, and exposure to multiple service lines within skilled nursing and senior living.

Eligible candidates include those with a Bachelor’s degree or strong long-term care experience, and a willingness to travel for the training. Successful applicants will engage in a structured mentorship, gain hands-on operations experience, and relocate as
