The program spans approximately 6 to 12 months, offering mentorship, hands-on governance, and exposure to clinical operations, regulatory readiness, budgeting, and resident-centered care.

Qualifications

Program Overview

The Director of Nursing in Training Program is a structured development experience lasting approximately 6 to 12 months. Participants gain practical exposure to the essential responsibilities of nursing leadership while working closely with seasoned clinical professionals.

• Relocation to a Vetter community will be required at program completion
