Aventura Mountain View is seeking an Assistant Administrator/Administrator in Training (AIT) to work closely with our skilled Administrator and learn the competencies needed for daily operations while pursuing licensure. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management, Psychology, Social Work, or Nursing is required.
• Two (2) years of prior experience as an Assistant Administrator or Executive director role in a skilled nursing setting.
• Must be willing to join our Administrator-in-training program with the goal of becoming a licensed administrator.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility or other healthcare environment is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of facility operation and ensure high standards of care.
• Set facility-wide goals and drive positive, inclusive culture.
• Engage in creative problem solving and assist the Administrator in daily operations.
