Job summary

Avantara Mountain View is seeking an Assistant Administrator/Administrator in Training (AIT) to join our team. The AIT will work closely with our Administrator to learn daily operations and obtain licensure to advance to site Administrator.

Responsibilities include overseeing all facility operations, promoting a positive and inclusive culture, and helping set and meet facility-wide goals. The program includes earning LNHA licensure within one year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management or related field required.
• Two (2) years of prior experience as an Assistant Administrator or Executive Director in a skilled nursing setting.
• Willingness to join the Administrator-in-Training program with the goal of licensure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of facility operations to maintain high standards of care.
• Support development and attainment of facility-wide goals and a positive, inclusive culture.
• Collaborate with the Administrator-in-training to learn competencies and progress toward licensure.
