Champion Care is recruiting for an Administrator in Training (AIT) within its Executive Leadership Development Program in the Birmingham area. The role trains across Champion Care facilities serving Birmingham and nearby towns, with regular travel across multiple sites in Alabama.

After licensure, relocation within Alabama may be required for permanent NHA opportunities. This is a full-time program designed to develop business operations, leadership, and healthcare management within skilled

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, finance, accounting, operations management or related discipline preferred.
• MBA, MHA or other relevant master's degree highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Business and financial operations: Read P&L statements, analyze budgets and KPIs, understand reimbursement and payer mix, and make informed operating decisions.
• Labor and workforce management: Evaluate staffing, scheduling, overtime, agency utilization, labor productivity, recruitment, and retention.
• Executive leadership: Coach department leaders, build engaged teams, create accountability, manage performance, and develop a positive workplace culture.
• Healthcare operations: Learn skilled nursing facility operations, resident experience, quality assurance, survey readiness, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with clinical leaders.
• Growth and strategy: Understand admissions, census, occupancy, referral development, and practical business improvement initiatives.
