JOB DETAILS

Location: Multiple Locations (within NHS Management, LLC network)

Starting salary of $55,000.00 with an aggressive compensation progression opportunity.

NHS Management, LLC is seeking motivated, high-potential individuals to join our Administrator in Training (AIT) Program. This is a unique opportunity to develop into a licensed Nursing Home Administrator and grow into a leadership role within one of the Southeast’s leading long-term care management companies.

What You’ll Do

• Learn the full scope of nursing home operations including clinical services, financial management, regulatory compliance, and resident satisfaction.


• Train directly under seasoned administrators and regional leadership.


• Develop and refine leadership skills to manage diverse teams and drive organizational excellence.


• Gain hands-on experience in staff development, community relations, and strategic planning.


• During the first year you will be a road warrior working and learning in several different departments in various facilities across the state....from Athens to Mobile.

• Have excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with staff, residents, and families.


• Hold a minimum of a bachelor's degree. Individuals with a concentration in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Nursing or Business Management is desired.


• Having held or holding leadership positions, whether it be sorority/fraternity, class officer, club officer or an athletic background will set you up for success in this role.
