Responsibilities

• Time and Attendance: Assist plant supervision with daily and weekly Time and Attendance using Time and Attendance and SAP Payroll.
• Monitor plant time analytics in Time and Attendance, ensuring adherence to policies.
• Provide training to new supervisors on payroll processes as necessary.
• Address payroll questions and concerns from Team Members.
• Complete AskHR/Box Office tickets as required.
• Perform miscellaneous tasks such as records retention and supporting HR with plant activities.

SELECTED CANDIDATE MUST SIT AT HOPE PLANT. NO REMOTE HOURS: 11:00AM - 7:30PM

We areseekinga detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Accounting Administrator. In this role, you willbe responsible for various functions efficiently while also providing accounting support to the Plant Controller. These responsibilities could include payroll, time & attendance. Additionally, youmayoversee employee supply processes andassistin various plant management tasks. The ideal candidate will havestrong communicationskills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

Time and Attendance:

• Assistplant supervision with daily and weekly time and attendance activities usingTime and AttendanceandSAP Payroll.
• Monitor plant time analytics inTime and Attendance, ensuring adherence to corporate policies.
• Provide training to new supervisors on payrollprocessesas necessary.
• Address Team Members’ payroll questions and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Complete AskHR/Box Office tickets asrequired.

Additional Responsibilities

• Perform miscellaneous tasks such asrecordsretention and supporting HR with plant activities.
• Undertake other duties and projects as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 3+ years office experience required; 3+yearspayroll experience preferred.
• Computer Skills: Requires basic computer skills including using a Tyson Business Computer System as well as Microsoft Office & Excel, SAP Preferred.
• Communication Skills: Requires written and verbal skills to communicate with all levels of management.Work activities are variable and require judgment to complete tasks such as setting priorities, evaluating results, and coordinating with others. Assignments aredefinedand the approach to be taken is usuallydeterminedin coordination with others.
