Job summary

Co-op Academy Grange is seeking a friendly and highly organised Administrator to join our front office team. You will provide efficient administrative support to a wide range of academy activities, helping to produce resources, facilitate examinations, maintain student timetables and support events.

The role is full-time, permanent, 37 hours per week, term-time plus weeks, located in Bradford, West Yorkshire. GCSE Maths and English at grade 4-9 are essential; prior admin experience is welcome.

We are looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Administrator to join our team and academy.

As the Academy Administrator, you will provide an efficient and high quality administrative service which supports a wide range of key Academy activities and processes. Working closely with departments and other Academy functions to support the production of resources, facilitate examinations, maintain accurate student timetables and deliver academy events.
