Job summary

Co-op Academy Oldershaw is seeking an Assistant Progress Leader to join the pastoral team. The role focuses on helping students overcome challenges and achieve their academic targets through close collaboration with teachers, families, and support staff.

You will promote exemplary standards of presentation, attendance, organisation and behaviour, working under the Progress Leader to guide student progress and wellbeing within a term-time plus weeks contract.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Progress Leader and pastoral team to ensure every student makes outstanding progress toward academic targets.
• Identify and remove barriers to learning by working with students, staff and families.

Co-op Academy Oldershaw is looking for a dedicated and proactive Assistant Progress Leader to join our pastoral team. Working under the direction of the Progress Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring that every student makes outstanding progress towards their academic targets. You will work directly with students, staff, and families to identify and remove barriers to learning—promoting exemplary standards of student presentation, attendance, organisation, and behaviour.
