Job summary

Co-op Academy Grange is seeking a proactive Administrator to join our front office team. You will deliver an efficient administrative service supporting key academy activities, resource preparation, examinations, timetables and events.

The role sits within the Senior Leadership Team and offers a 32.5 hour week, permanent contract and term-time considerations. We value a friendly, organised individual who can work closely with departments to ensure smooth operations and a welcoming environment

Responsibilities

  • Provide efficient and high-quality administrative support to the academy's activities and processes.
  • Maintain accurate student timetables and assist with examination administration.
  • Support production of resources and delivery of academy events.

We are looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Administrator to join our team and academy. As the Academy Administrator, you will provide an efficient and high quality administrative service which supports a wide range of key Academy activities and processes. Working closely with departments and other Academy functions to support the production of resources, facilitate examinations, maintain accurate student timetables and deliver academy events.
