Job summary

Weir is seeking an Administrative Assistant in Jacksonville, TX, to support daily office operations on an onsite basis. The role includes calendar management, document handling, and multi-task coordination within a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, prior admin/front-desk experience, and strong Microsoft Office skills. This is a 1st shift position with a Monday–Friday schedule and a focus on safety and accuracy.

What you’ll do

Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to staff, ensuring office activities are completed accurately and efficiently. This role involves managing multiple tasks daily with a focus on organization and detail.

Communication & Scheduling: Manage incoming inquiries, coordinate communications, and maintain calendars and meeting schedules to support smooth office operations. Success means seamless coordination and timely communication.

Document & Records Management: Prepare, organize, file, and maintain documents and records, ensuring accuracy and easy accessibility. Daily tasks include document handling and record keeping with attention to detail.

Office Coordination: Support general office operations and administrative activities to maintain an organized and professional workplace environment. The role requires self-motivation and reliability.
