Responsibilities

  • Direct and oversee all facility operations, including clinical, financial, admissions, maintenance, and dietary services.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations governing long-term care facilities.
  • Maintain readiness for surveys and inspections conducted by regulatory agencies.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve quality outcomes, resident satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Manage facility budgets, financial performance, and census growth initiatives.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing staff members.
  • Foster a positive culture focused on resident dignity, quality care, and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with medical staff, department heads, residents, families, and community partners.
  • Monitor quality assurance and performance improvement programs.
  • Address resident and family concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Promote a safe and compliant environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
  • Serve as Corporate Compliance Officer. Responsible for oversight, and continuous improvement of the Gurwin Healthcare System’s comprehensive compliance and ethics program.

We are a 120-bed not-for-profit nursing facility offering advanced healthcare while providing skilled nursing and rehabilitative services for both long and short term residents. Located on eight beautiful landscaped acres, we also provide sub-acute services, wound care and respite services.

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Administrator to lead the daily operations of our skilled nursing and long-term care facility. The Administrator will be responsible for ensuring high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, financial performance, employee engagement, and overall operational excellence.

Qualifications Required:
