Position Summary

The Administrator serves as the operational leader of the facility, overseeing daily management, clinical coordination, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and overall operational success. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality resident care while maintaining efficient business operations.

The Administrator represents the facility within the community and fosters a professional, supportive environment for residents, families, and staff.

This position requires strong leadership, sound judgment, and the ability to effectively balance clinical and operational priorities in a long-term care setting.

Key Responsibilities
