Qualifications

• Current New York State LNHA license is required.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years nursing home administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of New York State and federal long-term care regulations.
• Proven leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to provide leadership, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive operational excellence throughout our organization.

Position Summary

The Licensed Nursing Home Administrator is responsible for the overall management and operation of the facility, including clinical quality, regulatory compliance, financial performance, employee engagement, resident satisfaction, and community relations.
