Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking an Administrative Technician in Palm Beach Gardens, FL for a 6-month contract (W-2). You will support the corporate learning center, coordinating and administering daily logistics for instructor-led training and other learning activities.

You will partner with facilitators, employees, internal departments, and vendors to ensure training is scheduled, prepared, delivered, and recorded. LMS administration and invoicing are key components.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Five+ years of administrative, operations, training coordination, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end logistics for instructor-led training and events.
• Partner with facilitators to schedule classes and training requirements.
• Reserve classrooms and manage schedules for training.
• Coordinate classroom setup and facilities tickets; ensure rooms prepared.
• Perform LMS administration: schedule classes, manage rosters, record completions, process chargebacks, resolve LMS issues.
• Order and maintain training and office supplies.
• Coordinate with departments and vendors to resolve scheduling and logistics issues.
• Audit and process invoices per accounts payable procedures.
• Maintain accurate training, scheduling and administrative records.
• Support special and learning projects.

About the role: Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410

We are looking for an Administrative Technician on behalf of our client. This is a 6-month contract assignment. (W-2)

You will support the corporate learning center and coordinates and administers the daily logistics associated with instructor-led training and other learning activities. The Administrative Technician partners with facilitators, employees, internal departments, and vendors to help facilitators, employees, internal departments, and vendors ensure they schedule, prepare, deliver, and record training programs.

6-month contract assignment. (W-2)

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate end-to-end logistics for instructor-led training classes and learning events.
• Partner with facilitators to establish class schedules and coordinate training requirements.
• Reserve classrooms and manage classroom schedules for their University and Quality training.
• Coordinate classroom setup, including submitting facilities tickets and ensuring rooms are prepared for training.
• Perform Learning Management System (LMS) administration for classroom training, including scheduling classes, managing rosters, recording training completions, processing chargebacks, and resolving employee LMS account issues.
• Order and maintain classroom, training, and office supplies.
• Coordinate with other departments and external vendors to resolve scheduling, logistical, facilities, and administrative issues.
• Audit and process invoices in accordance with established accounts payable procedures.
• Maintain accurate training, scheduling, and administrative records.
• Support special projects and learning projects.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or General Education Development
• Five or more years of relevant administrative, operations, training coordination, or related experience

Helpful Qualifications

• Experience coordinating instructor-led training, meetings, events, or similar activities
• Experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS) or SAP SuccessFactors
• Experience managing shared mailboxes, calendars, room reservations, and scheduling
• Experience processing invoices, purchase orders, or chargebacks.
