Salary: Competitive salary based on education and/or experience and $500 bonus after 6 months and $1,000 bonus after 1 year!

Days: Monday through Friday

Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (flexible)

Position

The Customer Service and Administrative Representative supports the Donable Leadership Team in departmental organization and optimization. This role is responsible for maintaining and implementing marketing and sales resources for OBI stakeholders and partner blood centers for the Donable brand. Key responsibilities include handling customer service concerns with app users and Donable partners, especially overseeing agent payments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, with a growth mindset, eager to collaborate with a creative team aiming to innovate blood donor recruitment. This is a ground-floor opportunity with significant career growth potential.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Customer service focused.
  • Ability to proofread.
  • Professional and pleasant manner.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to prepare documents, presentations, charts, and graphs.
  • Social media knowledge.
  • Quick learner of software systems and organizational tools.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in person and over the phone.
  • Growth mindset and confidence to contribute to a creative team.
  • Team-oriented with flexibility to adapt.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer service issues via website, social media, and other channels.
  • Monitor and analyze Donable Agent concerns through reports.
  • Manage payment reconciliation for Agents.
  • Distribute marketing materials to Brand Ambassadors, Donable employees, OBI stakeholders, and partner centers.
  • Coordinate shipping of vendor booths for conferences and events.
  • Manage rewards and promotional items for Agents.
  • Assist in conference and event planning as directed.
  • Organize and lead team meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
  • Support Donable statistics and reporting tasks.
  • Prepare presentations as needed.
  • Provide backup support for social media management if required.
  • Maintain organized files for the Donable team.
  • Accurately record and manage information.
