Job summary

Mission Driven Research (MDR) is seeking an Administrative Support professional to join our team supporting the FAA's Office of Commercial Space Transportation (AST). You will help keep technical deliverables polished, on time, and contract-compliant using modern office tools to support a high-visibility federal customer.

You will format, proofread, and quality-check reports and status updates, assist with PM status reports, and provide support for rulemaking and documentation activities.

Qualifications

• One year of experience developing, preparing and delivering draft copy and contract deliverables.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Develop, prepare, and deliver draft copy and contract deliverables using computer resources and electronic communications.
• Format, proofread, and quality-check technical reports, briefings, and status reports for the AST customer.
• Support the preparation of Project Management Status Reports and quarterly program management review materials.
• Provide administrative support for rulemaking, policy, and documentation activities.
• Maintain files, records, and document control per contract and records-management requirements.
