Job summary

AST SpaceMobile is seeking a highly organized Flight Assurance Administrative Specialist to support our engineering team in Midland, TX. You will manage documentation, audits, and project tracking to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery of satellite programs in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

This on-site role requires attention to detail, strong MS Office skills, and the stamina to work rotating day, night, and weekend shifts while coordinating across teams and maintaining logs,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and maintain documents for engineering and compliance.
• Assist with audits by preparing materials and tracking follow-ups.
• Track open items and ensure action items are completed.
