UNC Pembroke seeks an Administrative Associate in the Office of Undergraduate Admissions to provide comprehensive administrative support. You will assist with communications with prospective students and families, document processing, and general office operations to ensure smooth admissions workflows.

This position is subject to the successful completion of an employment background check. The position contributes to efficient, accurate, and responsive admissions services while providing clerical and administrative support to the Admissions team.
Job Description
The Administrative Associate in the Office of Undergraduate Admissions provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the admissions team and assists with serving prospective students, families, applicants, and visitors. This role supports the efficient operation of the office through customer service, facilitating inbound phone calls and emails, document and decision letter processing, budget management support, inventory management, records maintenance, and general office coordination. The position provides accurate admissions information, assists with day-to-day administrative processes, and helps ensure timely and effective support for students and the overall operations of the Office of Undergraduate Admissions.
Management Preference
Minimum of High School diploma with customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a versatile and goal oriented work environment.
