Work Schedule Monday- Friday 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. work schedule. Work outside normal business hours or overtime should be approved in advance by the supervisor. Regular game-day responsibilities and team travel are not required.

The Administrative Assistant, located within the Baseball offices at Doak Field at Dail Park, provides essential administrative support to the Baseball, Men’s Tennis, and Women’s Tennis programs. This role helps keep daily operations organized and running smoothly while serving as a welcoming and responsive resource for coaches, staff, student-athletes, families, and visitors.
The Administrative Assistant supports a variety of administrative and operational needs, including processing travel expenses and reimbursements, reconciling P-Card transactions, maintaining coaches’ calendars, organizing files and informational materials, and assisting with Teamworks. The position also supports recruitment efforts through data entry and helps coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for recruits.
As a key point of contact for the Baseball and Tennis programs, this position responds to inquiries from players, parents, alumni, fans, NCAA and ACC officials, media, and members of the public. The Administrative Assistant answers phones, assists visitors, and helps connect coaching staff with the Athletics Department, University partners, support units, and external stakeholders.
As Administrative Office Assistant, additional responsibilities may include:
