The primary purpose of this position is: as an Air Reserve Technician (ART) enlisted position, incumbent managesthe administrative and personnel program processes of the organization and serves as liaison with themanpower/personnel offices; additionally, trains reservists in all tasks of the position.The organizational location of this position is: an Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC) base Group Commander'sSupport Staff.
Duties: Manages execution of Publications and Forms Program and all By-Law Programs. Performs work regarding planning and organizing all administrative activities and processes for the organization.Studies internal operating procedures. Interprets instructions and recommends ways to resolve areas of concern withadministrative processes.
Accomplishes activities in support of the unit's civilian and militarypersonnel, ensuring all necessary actions are accomplished and finalized .Manages, prepares and maintains documentation concerning the administrative orders program. Monitors and directs the control of incoming and outgoing correspondence. Integrates a variety of software to produce final products Serves as the organizational point of contact and liaison with the personnel office.

The posted pay range is $63081 – $82007/yr.
