Headquarters, Air Force Reserve Command in the United States is seeking a Program Analyst, Air Reserve Technician (ART), to conduct analytical studies of aircraft maintenance performance and to manage automated maintenance data systems.
The role involves overseeing maintenance information systems (IMDS and CAMS for Mobility where applicable), performing MIS administrator duties, and conducting manpower utilization audits. Training plans will be developed to qualify AFRC personnel for duties.
This is an Air Reserve Technician (ART) position. ARTs are part of the regular career civil service and enjoy all the benefits granted to Federal employees in the competitive civil service.
The primary purpose of this position is: as an Air Reserve Technician (ART), to accomplish analytical investigative studies relative to aircraft maintenance performance and to serve as the automated maintenance data systems manager. Duties: 1: Accomplishes investigative studies of problem areas involving elements of maintenance operations and programs.
2: (Applicable to Non-AMC Gained AFRC Wings) Manages the Maintenance Information System (MIS) called Integrated Maintenance Data Systems (IMDS). 3: (Applicable to Non-ACC Gained AFRC Wings) Manages the Maintenance Information System G0-81 (CAMS for Mobility). 4: Performs functional systems administrator duties on other MIS. Performs manpower utilization and allocation audits of the maintenance complex.
5: Develops and implements long- and short-term training plans to achieve qualification and proficiency objectives for assigned Air Force Reserve personnel.

The posted pay range is $64564 – $83938/yr.

This position requires a Secret security clearance.
