Headquarters, Air Force Reserve Command seeks an Aviation Resources Management Specialist (ART) to oversee aviation resource management operations for flying personnel using ARMS. The role includes training Reservists and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
The incumbent will plan and direct Operations Data Management activities and supervise a small team of fewer than four personnel, with a Secret clearance and telework eligibility as noted.
This is an Air Reserve Technician (ART) position. ARTs are part of the regular career civil service and enjoy all the benefits granted to Federal employees in the competitive civil service.
The primary purpose of this position is: as an ART position, to manage all operations resource andaviation managementactivities by using the Aviation Resource Management System (ARMS) for all flying personnel in thesquadron. ARMS is asophisticated data collection and retrieval system used by commanders to manage aircrew trainingand qualification.Additionally, provides training to reservists in the accomplishment of tasks set forth herein.
Plans, organizes and directs the activities of Operations Data Management ensuring aviation resource management comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meet customer needs. Is responsible for all flight incentive pay actions Performs supervisory personnel management responsibilities for less than four positions.

The posted pay range is $71957 – $93549/yr.
