Qualifications

• Experience reflecting knowledge of supervisory principles and practices to include performance management and discipline.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational administration to assigned office and supervise daily operation and staff to ensure compliance with VDOT policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Attend scheduled training to preserve and enhance skill level and ensure staff training.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records; plan, coordinate and manage daily operations and inventory per VDOT policies.
