Summary

The Office Manager will oversee administrative and operational functions, ensuring smooth daily operations and supporting staff. Responsibilities include managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily office activities and serve as the main reception contact.
  • Provide administrative support: scheduling, travel arrangements, mailing, updating contact lists.
  • Manage visitor access systems and maintain office records.
  • Oversee office supplies, facilities, and vendor relations.
  • Coordinate space planning, office repairs, and onboarding of new staff.
  • Plan office events and support HR policies.
  • Assist with IT support, security coordination, and environmental procedures.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of office management or administrative experience.
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong organizational skills, multitasking, and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Supervise administrative staff and oversee their daily activities.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Certification in office management (e.g., CAP).
