Position Title

Administrative Specialist – Interiors

Position Summary

University of Wisconsin‑Platteville is seeking an Administrative Specialist – Interiors to join our Facilities Management team. The Administrative Specialist – Interiors is responsible for managing logistical operations of interior renovations and campus design projects, including project schedules, coordination with internal customers, vendor communication, invoice and budget management, and additional responsibilities as requested by Facilities Management leadership. This position will also include some manual labor, paint/wall touch‑ups and furniture moving as required to complete assigned projects. It is a full‑time, paid leave and benefits‑eligible position, with the expected starting pay beginning at $50,000, commensurate with experience.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Experience in design/project software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
