Job description

We are seeking a Foreclosure Specialist who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and motivated to contribute to meaningful, high-impact legal work. In this role, you will support attorneys across multiple jurisdictions, manage active bankruptcy cases, and gain hands-on experience in an area of law that plays a critical role in the mortgage-servicing and creditor’s rights industry.

As part of the company's long-established and rapidly expanding multi-state practice, you will gain direct exposure to state courts, creditor-side procedures, and foreclosure case management. This role provides a strong foundation in legal processes, document drafting, case coordination, and regulatory compliance – all essential skills that increase in value as your experience grows.

More importantly, you’ll be joining a firm that invests in its people. You’ll have opportunities to develop professionally, take on increasing responsibility, and broaden your skill set as the firm continues its nationwide growth. Whether your strengths evolve toward document expertise, legal operations, client communication, or deeper subject-matter specialization, this role provides room to learn, contribute, and advance.

You’ll be entering a legal sector that is in high demand, recession-resilient, and expanding nationwide, making this position an excellent starting point for building a long-term, stable, and fulfilling career.
