Metropolitan Government of Nashville & Davidson County seeks an Administrative Services Officer 3 (Fleet Management Fuel Program) to manage daily fuel operations, including WEX usage and EV charging, and to report on fuel office activities.
The role requires a Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of professional administrative/technical experience, with preference for Faster Fleet familiarity and strong Microsoft Office skills, in a full-time capacity with Metro Nashville General Services.
The Administrative Services Officer 3 (Fleet Management Fuel Program) is a full-time civil service position within the Metro Nashville Department of General Services. The primary function for this title in General Services (Fleet Division) is to oversee, coordinate, plan, participate in, and monitor the daily operation of all assigned needs within OFM to include but not limited to, monitoring the daily operation of Metro fuel sites including WEX usage, Electric Vehicles chargers and usage, along with tracking and reporting for all aspects of the fuel office.

Bachelor's Degree andTwo (2) years of professional experience in an administrative or technical field.
