As a CBRE Administrative Services Coordinator - Real Estate, you'll support the day-to-day operations of 8+ medical office buildings, serving as a valuable partner to the Real Estate Management team. A major component of this role involves coding and processing invoices, ensuring financial information is handled accurately and efficiently across the property portfolio.
In addition to invoice management, you'll take on a variety of administrative responsibilities, including coordinating documentation, maintaining records, assisting with reports, supporting vendors and tenants, and helping keep property operations on track. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing detail-oriented work with a diverse range of administrative tasks.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Administrative Services Coordinator - Real Estate position is $26.00 hourly and the maximum salary for the Administrative Services Coordinator - Real Estate position is $28.85 hourly. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
