Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Excellent typing skills required.
• Secretarial school preparation preferred.
• Minimum of two years clerical experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and other Office products preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid billing, regulations, and forms for Home Health Agency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide department-specific clerical assistance.
• Prepare computerized reports and billing; daily paperwork.
• Complete forms, data entry, and other clerical duties as assigned.
• Support Blessing Hospital's Mission and Core Values; participate in Performance Improvement/Patient Safety plans.
